30 Glute-ham sit-ups
15 Deadlift (250#)

Time for you all to learn about "Hero" WODs. Hero workouts honor fellow CrossFitters who have sacrificed their lives for the greater good. Today's WOD honors SO1 Joshua Thomas Harris, 36, drowned during combat operations, August 30th 2008 in Afghanistan. He is survived by his parents Dr. Sam and Evelyn Harris, his brother Ranchor and twin sister Kiki.

Elaine tackled a 5/10/15 of GHD Sit-ups, KB swings and Squats, and got 12 rounds done in 20 mins! Nice work!

Alejo y su amigo (a new recruit) completado "Mr. Joshua" with 45# DLs and subbing hanging knee raises and inverted sit-ups, in 22:36 and 23:53 respectively. Excellent work fellas.
