Today, we take the show on the road! Hoy, nosotros vamos afuera!

4 rounds for time of / Cinco rondas por el tiempo de:

Run 400m
10 Pull-ups
20 Dips
30 Sit-ups
40 Squats
50 Walking Lunges (25 each leg)

If you cannot do Pull-ups, substitute jumping pull-ups. Si no puedes Pull-ups, haces saltando Pull-ups.

Forgot to mention that the first round's run was closer to 700m. We corrected it for the subsequent rounds.
