50 Deadlifts (135#)
50 Push-ups
50 Box Jumps
50 Knee-to-Elbows
50 Kettlebell Swings (55#)

If you cannot do Pull-ups, substitute Jumping Pull-ups or use the assisted Pull-up machine. Select an appropriate weight for the Deadlifts and Kettlebell Swings. If you cannot do Knee-to-Elbows substitute a form of sit-ups or knee raises.
