"Death by Pull-ups"
With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able. Use as many sets each minute as needed.
Con un reloj corriendo continuamente hacer un pull-hasta el primer minuto, dos pull-ups el segundo minuto, tres pull-ups el tercer minuto ... continua, siempre y cuando usted es capaz. Utilizar como muchos conjuntos de cada minuto, según sea necesario.
Jumping pull-ups are NOT allowed. Saltando pull-ups no estan permitidos.
