Murph in honor of Lt. Michael Murphy (Mini-Murph is 1/2 of Murph)

Run 1 mile (Run 800m)
100 Pull-ups (50)
200 Push-ups (100)
300 Squats (150)
Run 1 mile (Run 800m)

Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.
