Some make-up sessions today...
Katy and Marco met Fran for the first time, and it was more than a casual encounter:
8:15 - Katy (35#/assisted PUs)
4:52 - Marco (65#/jumping PUs)
Alejo went heavy on 5x5 squats:
175# (failed on 2nd rep)
Jurgen went heavy on 5x5 bench:
125#
And I tackled JT (16:38), and learned HSPUs remain my weakness. After I did 5x5 squats @ 305#, and 5x5 bench @ 245#
