Ring Push-ups in 1 minute
1 minute rest
Ring dips in 1 minute
1 minute rest

If you cannot do Ring Push-ups or Ring Dips, you can do dumbbell or bar push-ups and regular dips. Si no puedes hacer Ring Push-ups o Ring Dips, puedes hacer dumbell o barra push-ups y dips normal.

Post your repetitions per round, and total reps for each exercise.
