100 Squats
5 Muscle-ups
75 Squats
10 Muscle-ups
50 Squats
15 Muscle-ups
25 Squats
20 Muscle-ups

If you cannot do Muscle-ups, do 4 Pull-ups and 4 Dips for each Muscle-up. Si no puedes Muscle-ups, haces 4 Barras y 4 Dips por cada Muscle-up. (5 Muscle-ups = 20 Pull-ups y 20 Dips)
